  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Refunds are only applicable for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and personalized items.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items unless they are faulty.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
